Shipping and Handling
We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
We offer the following shipping methods:
Standard UPS Ground
USPS priority, first class and parcel post
Occasionally
an order is out stock. If that is the case we will call you and refund your money (or place the item on backorder according
to your preference).
If you would like an expedited order for overnight, 2 or 3 day shipping please
all us at 503 234 2045 to see if it is possible.
Online orders in
Portland can be picked up at our retail shop for zero shipping cost.

Returns
We aim for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let
us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.
Items
can be returned in person at our store location: 3953 SE Hawthorne, Portland, OR 97214.
We
can return any broken or wrong orders at our expense. If the item does not fit or you hange your mind we will return or exchange
the item if you cover the shipping expense.
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. If you
need to make other payment arrangements call 503 234 2045.
